It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Carter (Berkeley Heights, New Jersey), born in Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on July 23, 2019, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Felicia J. Carter (DeCristofaro); his daughters, Jennifer (Timothy Monte) and Jessica Carter; his parents, Barbara Carter (Sage) and James G. Carter; his brother John Carter (Darlene); and his nieces and nephews, Avery and James.

“I just heard about this horrible tragedy. I am very saddened, and send my deepest condolences to the whole family. The carters were a big part of my life. I have so many good memories of randy. Sunday nights at joe e's home watching miami vice, playing knee football in the basement. Many days and nights hanging with the crew. Im reminded of what jesus said at john 16 - you also now have grief - but i will see you again - and your hearts will rejoice - and no one will take away your joy.”
