“In loving memory of Philip M Neches, I was a friend of Jack Shemer and employee #6 at Teradata working on the software. Phil became my boss and I worked closely with him in those early days. Phil was very supportive of me in my technical, managerial decisions and I was always thankful for this. I admired his wide breath of knowledge. My family stopped by his house on Jan. 1 and I remember Russell as a little boy. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.”
