It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip J Sapienza of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Sapienza and Joseph Sapienza; his wife Myrza Lyons; and his siblings, Jean Caponetti, Marie Radel, Rose Merlo and Dominic Sapienza.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Tinnirella; his grandchildren, Myrza Tinnirella and Lucy Tinnirella-Cardinali; and his great grandchildren, Isabella DiLello, Michael DiLello, Vincenzo DiLello and William Cardinali III.
