He is survived by: his children, Michael Fogarty (Rosetta), Eileen Roth (Thomas) and Allison Fogarty; his brother Robert Fogarty; and his grandchildren, Shannon, Aislinn, Sheila, Michael and Anthony.
Interment will follow at St. Mary's Stony Hill Cemetery, 1295 Plainfield Avenue, Watchung, NJ. (Facemasks and social distancing are required in the funeral home and church).
