He was predeceased by: his parents, Mona Harder and Alan Harder; and his father-in-law Herb Bothner. He is survived by: his wife Michelle of Berkeley Heights; his sons, Noah, Ryan and Sean Harder; his mother-in-law Ann Wilton (Dave); his siblings-in-law, Jacki Ippolito and Ryan Bothner; and his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Kyra and Damon Ippolito.
