She is survived by: her mother Halina Zukowski of Springfield, NJ; her husband Michael Plaszczymaka; her sons, Rafael of Asbury Park, NJ, Christopher of Somerville, NJ and Arthur of Baltimore, MD; and her siblings, Danuta Targonska of Poland, Barbara Szewczyk of Linden, NJ. and Mietek Zukowski (Slawek Zukowski).
