It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lena M Ponturo (Berkeley Heights, New Jersey), born in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary DeCristofiaro and Luigi DeCristofiaro; and her husband Dominick P. Ponturo. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Popola (Bob), Philip Ponturo (Allison) and Brenda Waters (Stephen); and her great grandchildren, Anna Popola and Vanessa Popola.
