She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore (Caterina Macaluso) and Sicily. She is survived by: her husband Girolamo Vassallo (Mimmo); her daughters, Cathy Tauriello and Gabriella Panagiotou (George); her grandchildren, Zoe Tauriello, Hayden and Ella Panagiotou; her siblings, Frank Macaluso, Antoinetta Billeci and Joseph Billeci; her niece Nadia Billeci-Duddy (Matthew); her nephew Vincent Billeci (Jennifer); her great-nieces, Ava and Lyla; and also Blake. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law, along with many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the PAN foundation for Pulmonary Hypertension be made in her name.
