He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolo Mazzocchi and Felicia Mazzocchi; his son Anthony G. Mazzocchi, Jr.; his close friend Dolores "Dee" DiLorenzo; his son-in-law Newt Turnbaugh; and his siblings, Mary Holmes, Yolanda Casternovia, Rafaella Natella, Josephine Ponsio, Nick and Sam Mazzocchi.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Mortaruolo; his children, Mazzocchi Wrecking, Nick Mazzocchi (Carol) of New Vernon and Grace Mazzocchi (Emory L. Miller) of Basking Ridge; his sister Ann Romano of Fort Myers, Florida; his granddaughters, Nicole Farina (Joseph) and Marie Mazzocchi; his great grandchildren, Joseph, Nicholas and Sophia Farina; his wife's children, Dee DiLorenzo and Anne Herzog (Mark); his friend Dominick Tranquilli; and also, Kate and Belinda Berry Torrey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great friends.
Prior to the pandemic, Jerry enjoyed Friday trips to the Sands in Bethlehem with his longtime friend, Dominick Tranquilli.
