He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lowery and Loretta Lowery; and his siblings, Robert Lowery (Marilou), Thomas Lowery (Kim) and William Lowery (Theresa).
He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Murray (Randy) and Lynn Boylan (Thomas). He is also survived by Uncle Ray Ray to many nieces and nephews and 12 great nieces and nephew.
