He is survived by: his wife Corina Lanemann; his sons, Collin J. Lepera of Port Jervis and Phillip L. Lepera of Wantage; his parents, Sandra O'Keefe of Vernon and Albert Lepera of Unadilla; and his siblings, Albie Lepera and Kelly Velez of Wantage.
