She is survived by: her children, Mark (Carol), Susan (George Polyard) and Christopher; her grandchildren, Ryan (Brooke), Matthew, Timothy (Frances), Michael and Emily (Timothy Cusack); her great grandchild Vivian Cusack; and her niece Barbara Cole. She is also survived by family members and friends.
