She was predeceased by: her husband William F. Waters; and her siblings, Carl, Jr., Billy Dalrymple and Alice Rowe. She is survived by: her children, William F. Waters, III of Belvidere, Michael W. Waters and Penny L. Ortiz; her grandchildren, Billie Jo Lebron, Jacob Waters, Brittany Burgin, Dakota Mosteller and Michelle Hamilton; her great grandchildren, Devon Izzo, Sierra Lebron and Jessica Waters; and her siblings, Richard Dalrymple, Robert Dalrymple, Patty Titus, Ruth Latourette, Maggie Gilbert and Julie Kasepeer.
