He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson K. Hill and Edith M. Hill (Runyon). He is survived by: his sister Darlene (Jim Mowrey) of Bangor, PA.; his niece Mandy (Ron Dalpe); his nephew Matthew Mowrey (Jennifer); and his great-nieces, Mackenna Cole and Maiya Mowrey.
