He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Milner and Catherine Milner. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sharon "Sherri" Layton; his brother Thomas Milner; and his nieces and nephews, Kara Curtiss, Laura Barber, Gina Stamper, Robert Milner and James Milner. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
