He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Bley and Sarah R. Bley (Hart); his brother Jack Bley (Rose Marie); and also Joe. He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Bley (Smith); and his daughters, Dorothy Glus and Rebecca (Donna Pfley). He is also survived by friends and extended family.
