She is survived by: her husband Dr. Robert J Czopoth; her children, Jessica Chenard, Jonathan Czopoth and Mollie Czopoth; her grandson Carter Chenard; and her siblings, Raymond McCullough, Robert McCullough, Trudy Buffington and Laurie Emenecker.
