He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stout and Mary Gladys Stout (Stopp). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Mitchell Stout (Leanne Ryan) and Valerie Ilg (William); his granddaughters, Kirsten Gregorash (Kyle) and Karissa Valentine (James); his great grandchildren, Marley, Lennon and Isla; and his daughter-in-law Diane VanHeerden.
