She was predeceased by: her husband Richard E. Salisbury. She is survived by: her children, Lori Brunelle (Raymond), Roberta Salisbury and Douglas Salisbury (Lucia); her stepchildren, Richard Salisbury, Jr., Patricia Stone, Arthur Salisbury (Jodi) and Duane Salisbury (Kim); and her siblings, Leland C. Floyd, Jr. (Mary), Richard Floyd, Sarah Covey, Donald Floyd and Diane Hammond (Richard). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
