He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood McCauley and Emily McCauley; his wife Dolores; and his brother Walter E. McCauley. He is survived by: his daughters, Eileen Hirsch and Diane Wirkus; and his grandchildren, Michelle Pfeiffer (Charles R.), Patrick Wirkus and Stephanie Holliday (Gary).
