She was predeceased by: her parent Elmer Smith; her spouse Paul "Dutch" Rodenbaugh; and her sisters, Edna Meisheild, Dorothy Snyder, Edith Paul and Alma Smith.
She is survived by: her great-grandparent Joyce Mary Rodenbaugh; her parent Emma Henry Smith; her children, Dennis Rodenbaugh of Belvidere, NJ, Paul Rodenbaugh Jr. of Phillipsburg, NJ, David Rodenbaugh of Phillipsburg, NJ and Susan Stehlik (Peter) of Columbia, NJ; and her brother Elmer J. Smith of Belvidere, NJ.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 11 great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joyce's memory may be made to the United Presbyterian Church of Belvidere, Goodwill Fire Co., or the Belvidere Ambulance Corps.
