He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sclafani and Lena Sclafani. He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie; his daughters, Terry Cooke (Donald) and Joanne Marquart (Christopher); his sister Nancy Focarino (Lou); his grandchildren, Hannah Cooke, Samantha and Christopher Marquart; and his siblings-in-law, Irene Melone, Loretta Haddad (Joseph), Georgeann Hudson and William Lopusnak (Marie). He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made in Joseph's name to the Faith Discovery Church.
