It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne R. Niper of Belvidere, New Jersey, born in Easton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 7, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Marjorie Wildrick Thomas; her husband Ranson "Randy" Niper; and her brother John Thomas III. She is survived by: her daughters, Marjorie Westerburg (Joseph) of Pohatcong Township, NJ and Lori Wascavage (Kevin) of Lopatcong Township; her grandchildren, Carleigh Renee Wascavage, Luke Westerburg and Claire Westerburg; and her sister Kimberly Byrne of Andover, NJ. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
