He was predeceased by: his parents, Kazimiera "Kash" Polanczyk and Boleslaw "Benny" Polanczyk. He is survived by: his wife Pearl Polanczyk; his children, Henry Polanczyk Jr., Jill Polanczyk (Joseph Martin) and Janeen Bergmann (Stephen Bergmann); and his grandsons, Joshua Polanczyk, Donovan Bergmann and Cameron Martin.
