She was predeceased by: her father Phillip Herman; her husband John Mizak; and her siblings, Clifford Herman, Richard Herman, Robert Herman and Lorraine Heine.
She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Mizak of Stillwater, Phyllis Billich (Roy) of Harmony, NJ, Gregory Mizak (Patricia) of Lebanon Township, Bruce Mizak (Jennifer) of Avenel and John Mizak (Connie) of Tampa, FL; her grandchildren, Nicole Billich (Kristian), Joanna Mizak, Courtney D'Avella (Mark), Sara Ramos (Steve), Daniel Mizak (Danielle), Scott Mizak (Julie), Jacqueline Mancuso (Michael), Matthew Mizak, Jillian Mizak and Samantha Mizak; and her great grandchildren, Daniel Jr., Damien, Nico, Makayla, Noah, Lilliana, Elena, Isaac, Patrick, Oliver, Violet and Shoshana.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the National Scleroderma Foundation (scleroderma.org) or the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (afsp.org) in Gloria's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
