She is survived by: her husband Paul Kolodziej; her children, Karen Creamer (John) and Robert Kolodziej (Regina); her grandchildren, Ryan, Jack and Daniel; her siblings, Frank, Bill (Diane) and Mary Lou (Charlie); her sisters-in-law, Carol and Betsy; and also Wendy. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
