We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2024, at the age of 88, Edna Jordan (Belvidere, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Edna departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Edna may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Edna leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmy Baumgart and Edmund Baumgart; her husband Joseph Jordan; her daughter Irene Banghart (Renee); and her grandson Anthony Cole.
She is survived by: her children, Joni Klein (Edward), Edmund Jordan (Thelma) and Judy Ascot-Wingfield (Richard); and her sisters, Irene Baumgart and Barbara Persche. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church (327 Greenwich St, Belvidere, NJ 07823).
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, 327 Greenwich Street, Belvidere, NJ 07823, Saturday, December 21 at 1PM Committal: Immediately following the Mass at Montana Cemetery, Demeter Road, Washington, NJ Memorial Gifts: In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Edna's memory to the Pluckemin Medical Equipment Ministry (https://link.edgepilot.com).
