He is survived by: his wife Caroline Ferreira; his children, Chuck Mikulewicz (Patty), Cheryl Diedolf (Mark), Camille Decker (Wayne) and Cathryn Lagerman (Rich); and his grandchildren, TJ Lagerman, Forrest Diedolf, Tracey Mikulewicz, Everett Diedolf, Dana Decker and Jarrett Decker.
