He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Round Brinkley; and his brother William Joseph Brinkley, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Timothy M. Brinkley (Georgean) of Wilson Borough, PA, Elizabeth A. Horvath of Wilson Borough and Victoria Skirbst (Henry) of Phillipsburg, NJ. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
