She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clifford and Hazel May Mills (LaBarre); her husband William "Bill" Smickle; her brother William; and her son-in-law Dennis Romain.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Romain of Morristown, NJ, Jane Kartzman (Steve) of Randolph, NJ, Jill Csovelak (Jim) of Forks Township, PA and Christine Pohl (Rich) of White Township, NJ; her grandchildren, Lisa, Laura Romain (Neil Templeton), Adam (Tara Sherry), Matthew Kartzman, Lucas (Abbie Trone), Marissa Csovelak (Steven Heberle) and Richard Pohl (Taryn); and her great grandchildren, Matthew Templeton, Addisyn, Kendall Kartzman, Logan, Sebastian Csovelak, Wyatt Heberle, Bryce and Andrew Pohl. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
