Kelsey Downey Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kelsey Downey (Belmar, New Jersey), born in Neptune, New Jersey, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Matthew Downey and Stephanie Downey; and her siblings, Matthew and Elliot. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
