He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Scarberry; his son William; and his sister Bonnie Elkins. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Scarberry, Ron Riggle (Carolyn), Rita Mitchell (Thomas), Joseph Scarberry (Shannon), Bobby and Belinda Scarberry; and his sister Rita Hall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
