Prepsel (Bellmawr, New Jersey), born in Gloucester City, New Jersey, who passed away on August 26, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Francis C. Prepsel, Sr.; her stepchild James Prepsel (Nancy); her parent Norman Powell; and her sibling Gordon Powell (Jake). She is survived by: her children, Joseph Hart and Denise Hart-Mazur (Mark); her stepchildren, Frank Jr. (Dawn) and Scott (Sara); her stepgrandchildren, Samantha, Tatiana and Tyler; her former husband Dennis Hart; her parent Eva M. Shuster (Powell); her stepfather George Shuster; and her stepsiblings, Margaret Premone (Vince) and Ruthanne Tash.
She requested that in lieu of flowers to please donate to a local food bank or animal shelter in her name.
