He is survived by: his wife Carol Hoesl; his children, Theresa Evans (Ray) and Robert Hoesl, Jr.; his grandchildren, Laura Pukenas (Chris), Katie Evans, Robert T. Hoesl (Shiori) and Amy Evans; his great grandchildren, Claire Pukenas and Kyle Hoesl; and his sister Jeanne Kuenning. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
