“Aww Lucy Lu, Lucy was my lab instructor for Chemistry Lab at Rutgers. She was always so pleasant and helpful and just a genuinely nice person. After she graduated she was still working in the library and I would tell her how she would make a great scientist. Lucy was extremely smart but very modest. If it weren't for her I don't think I would have passed Chemistry. I was speaking with one of the employees in the library and I asked about her and that's when I heard about her passing. xoxo”
