He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen Ann Moore; and his sister Helen. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Allen (Steven); his grandchild Kyle Allen (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Lily, Travis and Cody Allen; his goddaughter Jill Kellerman; his siblings, Thelma Chapman of Mogadore, OH, Marilyn Cleveland of Medina, OH, Dorothy and Richard; and his former wife Doris Moore.
