We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2021, at the age of 86, Frances Fratto (Bellmawr, New Jersey), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Frank Carcione (Georgeanne). She is survived by: her spouse Hon; her daughter Diane Fratto; her granddaughters, Kristen Huff, Jessica Huff and Heather Fratto; her great grandchild Lily Huff; and her sibling Dee Cogliser (Bob). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
