He was predeceased by: his significant other Rosemary Slimm; and his brothers, Walter Slimm and Elwood Slimm (Betsy). He is survived by: his children, Tara Babins (Phillip), John Fay (Lila) and Catherine Fay; and his sibling Payne Slimm (Sandra). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
