She is survived by: her children, Carl Polanski, Jr. (Cheryl) and Joanne Everham; her siblings, Edward Ciechon, Jr. (Anna), Maryann Pirrotta and Kathy Phillips (Bill); her sister-in-law Donna Ciechon; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Jared, Matthew and Ashley.
