The memory of Yolanda P. Hansen of Belleville, New Jersey, born in Passaic, New Jersey, who passed away on October 23, 2024 at the age of 95, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gennaro Pellegrino and Dora Pellegrino; her husband Alfred J Hansen; and her son Gerald. She is survived by: her son Kenneth (Barbara); her daughter-in-law Rita; her grandchildren, Lisa (Eric Olsen), Lori (Felix Ortega), Katherine (Jon Fishkin), Ryan (Alyssa), Jennifer (Chris Durocher) and Scott (Abby); and her great grandchildren, Meghan, Luke, Lars, Kinsley, Sophia, Jackson and Finn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shook's Cedar Grove Funeral Home (486 Pompton Ave, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Church (339 Pompton Ave, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009). She was active in the church and was a member of the St Catherine's Altar Guild until covid struck.
