He was predeceased by: his former wife Celestina. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Loughman; his children, Paul Loughman and LindaTanzer (Matthew); his brothers, Edward and Francis Loughman; his grandchildren, Abbey and Molly; and his great grandchild Laylanna.
