With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kathleen E. Phelps of Belleville, New Jersey, born in Hoboken, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth F. Phelps; her parents, Joseph Kemka and Ellen Kemka; and her brother Joseph M. Kemka. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth J. and Keith J. Phelps; her daughter-in-law Connie Phelps; her granddaughters, Emma and Ava Phelps; and her sister-in-law Susan Kemka. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
