She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregorio Caleon and Margarita Legazpi; her husband Artemio P. Samson; her children, Eleanor S. Ferry and Edgar Samson; and her siblings, Rolando Caleon, Andres Caleon, Florentina C. Cruz and Marina Caleon.
She is survived by: her children, Emelinda Samson, Elizabeth Delarmente, Chito Samson, Elmer Samson, Evangeline Samson, Evelyn Samson, Artemio Samson, Jr., Emelita S. Valdez and Eloisa M. Samson; and her brother Simplicio Caleon. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
