She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Via and Providenza La Via; and her siblings, Gertrude Giffoniello and Carmen P. La Via. She is survived by: her husband Robert Thomas; her nephew James; her niece Eileen Giffoniello; her great-niece Maria; and her great-nephew Joseph. She is also survived by many loving friends and neighbors.
