With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gennaro Marra of Belleville, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on January 27, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Marra; his children, Gerard (Judy), Michael (Luzy) and Donna Vreeland (John); his sisters, Mary Pagano and Sue Colonna; his grandchildren, Leslie, Dante, Rosina, Nicholas, Gerard, Angelina, David, Robert, Jeremy and Madison; and his great grandchildren, Drew, Brody Siwiec, Ashton Marra and Grayson Yevchak. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Ultimately, his fight with Parkinson's Disease became too great a fight.
