He was predeceased by: his wife Antoinette; his parents, Vincenzo DeAmbrose and Libra DeAmbrose; and his siblings, Joseph, Pasquale DeAmbrose, Albina Welter, Clare Moore, Maryann DeAmbrose and Theresa Carone.
He is survived by: his children, James (Laura), Lynda Polek (Chris), Joanne Herbele (Mark) and Marilea McKerry (Michael); his siblings-in-law, Rocco Camas Jr. and Evelyn; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Hannah, Lily, Sophie, Miranda, Nicholas, Madelyn, Allison and Ryan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
