He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Anthony Carragher and Margaret Carragher (Mallack) of Belleville; his wife Eunice Marie Burns; his children, Matthew, Tracey, Philip (Mary), Judy, Susan (Ted), Frank (Julie) and Marybeth; his grandsons, Shawn, Michael and John; and his great grandchildren, Shawn, Greyson and Avalene.

In his memory, donations may be made to the Rescue Village/Geauga Humane Society in Russell, Ohio or The Greater Cleveland Food Bank.
