He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel Salazar and Evelio Dominguez; his brother Benjamin Salazar; and his stepdaughter Nichole Castellano. He is survived by: his brother Marco Dominguez (Irma Dominguez); his wife Lisa Castellano; and his children, Gabrielle Nalbone-Bazaco and Gianna Dominguez.
He worked for Inspectorate American Corp. for 8 years in Linden, NJ before becoming diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2016.
