She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Olivia Russell Blanding; her husband William O. Green Sr.; her children, Celena Green of Tulsa, OK, Dr. Michelle Anderson of Teaneck, NJ and William O. Green Jr. of Queens, NY; and her siblings, Richard Blanding (Glenda) of Hillsborough, NJ and Lenore Bunton of Plainfield, NJ. She was also cherished by two grandchildren, two aunts, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
She used this time to continue giving back, crocheting blankets and shawls for donation to newborn babies, and assisting international newcomers at JFK Airport with Travelers' Aid.
