She was predeceased by: her parents, George Melham and Rose (Kiczko); her brothers, Anthony, Francis, Michael and Richard; her husband Dr. Gerard Caracciolo; and her son-in-law Robert Eyerkuss Jr..
She is survived by: her significant other Jerry; her daughters, Ava (Michael), Zebrowski of Verona, NJ and Lisa Eyerkuss; her grandchildren, Robert III (Emily), Michael (Alison), Trevor, Taylor and Paige; her great grandchildren, Robert IV, Isabelle, Luke and Brynn; and her sister-in-law Joyce Melham. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
